Operations Manager: Fresh Start (Edinburgh)

£ 27,217 - £ 30,986 pay award pending (starting salary dependent on qualifications and experience)

Freshstart are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic manager to lead their staff and volunteer team to deliver a range of services that support the resettlement of people who have been homeless. Candidates should hold, or be working towards qualifications that meet with requirements for Housing Support managers as stipulated by SSSC.

You will demonstrate excellent performance management skills and have experience of managing services or projects that support vulnerable adults.

Flexibility is essential as you will play a critical role in a small team environment. You will also assume senior responsibility for the property, vehicles and Health & Safety.
