    It is advantageous for all organisations within Scotland to be easily found on web search engines. We would, therefore, ask that all organisations within the network include a link to http://www.linknetmentoring.org.uk/forum on their websites.

    The more reciprocal weblinks there are, the higher the search engine profile of all the oganisations within the network and, therefore, the easier it is for people to find us.

    This area will be used for the LINKnet’s mentees and mentors’ profiles. We add the LINKnet’s mentors and mentees’ profiles who are looking for jobs. We also advertise this area within many organisations who want to recruit people from Black Minority Ethnic communities.
    LINKnet’s skills pool contains details of job ready people awaiting employment. All those who are in the pool have received mentoring support from LINKnet in the process of getting them job-ready. Private, Public and voluntary sector employers are welcome to visit this webpage that would enable them to identify suitable applicants for their vacancies in order to increase the number of black minority ethnic people working for their agencies.
